Return & Refund Policy

OUR 30-DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Most New & Unused items can be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Internal tracking via shipping carrier is used to determine delivery date.

To be eligible for a return & full refund, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including manufacturer tags, parts & accessories.

Returns due to improper use of the product will not be credited.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

All Shoes & Footwear are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE except the following conditions:

·       US, UK, CA, AUS shoe orders that have not arrived within 45 days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.

·       Other International shoe orders that have not arrived within 60 days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.

Change and Cancellation requests for all Shoes & Footwear are only allowed within 24 hours from the time that the order was placed. After 24 hours have elapsed, no order modifications are allowed.

Additional non-returnable items:

·       Gift cards

·       Downloadable digital products

There are certain situations where only PARTIAL refunds may be granted (if applicable):

·       Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (for more information on parcels damaged during shipping, please see Shipping Policy)

·       Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Authorization

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA).

To complete your return, please email us at [email protected] with an RA request for approval BEFORE returning your item(s).

All returns will be for a refund. For exchange requests, please refer to the “Exchanges” section further down this document.

·       RA requests must be sent via EMAIL only.

·       In your email, please clearly state the P.O. or Order # as well as the reason for your return request.

·       For damaged or defective merchandise, please attach photos of the damage or defects to your email.

·       Return Authorizations are valid for 14 days from date of issuance. YOUR ITEM(S) MUST ARRIVE AT OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN THIS 14-DAY PERIOD. Returned merchandise delivered beyond this period may be REFUSED.

·       The RA number MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CARTON. Any & all merchandise returned without a valid RA number will be REFUSED.

·       Buyer is responsible for return shipping for non-defective returns.

·       Returns due to improper use of the product will not be refunded.

·       Returns due to buyer’s remorse may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

·       Shipping costs (if applicable) are not refunded.

If we issue you a Return Authorization:

·       Your refund (if applicable) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

·       Please ship your item to the return address as stated on your RA.

You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your product refund.

If you are returning an item of more than $75 value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1.     First check your bank account again.

2.     Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3.     Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are allowed for the following conditions:

IF YOU HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, COLOR OR ITEM

Please email us at [email protected] with a request for Return Authorization.

If you are approved & are issued an RA, please follow the RA instructions above and return your item to the stated return address, packaging the item as follows:

The package MUST include Name, Order ID and Color & Size of the item you want instead. This way, we will know right away what to ship you when we inspect your package.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN SENT THE WRONG ITEM

Please email us at [email protected] with pictures and/or other proof of wrong item sent, such as color of clothing, damages, size or item.

Exchange requests for wrong items must be sent NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS after the delivery date.

After reviewing & approving your proof of wrong item sent, we will ship you the correct item(s) on your order, FOR FREE, at no additional cost to you.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
